Italian Restaurants on Staten Island: Menus, Hours, Parties
Tony Marchetti · October 25, 2026 · 8 min read
Of the seven Staten Island Italian restaurants compared here, five post per-person party prices, from $40 at Eat Italian to $130 at Tutto Apposto Cucina Italiana, with Corrado’s Cucina, Don Roberto’s and Trattoria Oliveto in between. Six show dinner prices online, and only three are plainly open on Mondays. Every price, hour and policy below comes from a restaurant’s own website, read in October 2026.
Which Staten Island Italian restaurant is best for a party?
No official page ranks them, so the table sorts the seven by lowest posted party price. Joe & Pat’s and La Fontana come last because neither posts a per-person party price.
| Restaurant | Address | Party price per person | Room or minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eat Italian | 655 Rossville Ave | $40 (Menu A, not Friday or Saturday night), $60 and $80 | None posted |
| Don Roberto’s | 616 Forest Ave | $45 weekday lunch; $65 to $95 | Minimums of 25 and 60 adults |
| Trattoria Oliveto | 1642 Hylan Blvd | $48, $52 and $62, for 12pm to 4pm | None on the party menu |
| Tutto Apposto Cucina Italiana | 31 Page Ave (Tottenville) | $65 to $130 for full meals | Rooms seat 50 and 85 |
| Corrado’s Cucina | 831 Arthur Kill Rd | $80 family-style | 60-70, seated or standing not stated |
| La Fontana | 2879 Amboy Rd (Oakwood) | None readable; the party menu PDF has no text | 10 to 80, seated or standing not stated |
| Joe & Pat’s Pizzeria & Restaurant | 1758 Victory Blvd | Catering trays only on the pages read | None posted |
Inclusion rests on published information alone: a working official site, a street address and at least one of posted hours, a priced menu or party terms. A restaurant without a readable official site in October 2026 is left out, which says nothing about its quality.
What does a party cost at Staten Island’s Italian restaurants?
Five post per-person prices and four post a room size or minimum. The table gives the headline figures; the fine print, as of October 2026:
- Tutto Apposto: sales tax is extra, a 20% service fee is added to every party and a 20% deposit is required. The Giardino Room seats 50 and the Main Room 85 “comfortably without DJ or decorations,” and 100 adult guests are required to reserve the entire restaurant. Its contact page lists free valet parking every day.
- Corrado’s: tax and gratuity are not included, and an open bar adds $25. The private event room can host “between 60-70 people,” without saying seated or standing.
- Don Roberto’s: NYS sales tax and a 20% service fee apply, and credit card payments carry a 4% non-cash adjustment. The 2026 booklet requires payment in full one week before the party, says a “prefix” menu needs a group of 20 adults or more and makes valet mandatory at $150 per attendant, with two attendants for parties of 60 or more. Parties booked for 2027 are subject to menu updates and an “industry standard 10% increase.”
- Oliveto: the party menu says prices are for 12pm to 4pm, children 12 and under pay half, a nonrefundable deposit is required on booking, and tax and a 20% gratuity are extra. The file name suggests a 2023 print date, so confirm current prices.
For a group of 20 adults, the size at which Don Roberto’s booklet says its prefix menus start, the lowest full-meal menu comes to 800 dollars at Eat Italian, 900 at Don Roberto’s, 960 at Oliveto, 1,300 at Tutto Apposto and 1,600 at Corrado’s, before tax, service charges and drinks. Three of those entry prices carry a limit: Eat Italian’s skips Friday and Saturday nights, Don Roberto’s is weekday daytime only and Oliveto’s is for 12pm to 4pm. For an evening party the like-for-like starting points are $60 (Eat Italian Menu B), $65 (Tutto Apposto and Don Roberto’s) and $80 (Corrado’s). Where a 20% service fee is posted, as at Tutto Apposto and Don Roberto’s, 20 guests at $65 is 1,300 dollars before the fee and 1,560 after it, still before sales tax. For rooms beyond Staten Island, see private dining in NYC for groups of 15 or more, and confirm every figure with the restaurant.
Where can you eat Italian on Staten Island on a Monday?
Three of the seven are plainly open: Joe & Pat’s, La Fontana and Oliveto. Published hours as of October 2026:
- Joe & Pat’s: Sunday to Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm.
- La Fontana: Monday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm to 11pm, Sunday 12pm to 9pm.
- Oliveto: Monday 12 to 9:30pm, closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12 to 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday 12 to 10pm, Sunday 1 to 9:30pm.
- Tutto Apposto: closed Monday, Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm. Its contact page gives Sunday as 10am to 8:30pm; its private-events page says 11am to 8pm.
- Corrado’s: closed Monday, Tuesday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm to 11pm, Sunday 12pm to 9pm.
- Eat Italian: closed Monday, Tuesday to Saturday 11:30am to 10pm, Sunday 11:30am to 9pm.
- Don Roberto’s: kitchen hours of Monday to Thursday 12pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm to 10pm, Sunday 1pm to 8pm, with “Closed Monday” printed beneath them. The page contradicts itself, so call 718-442-7204 before a Monday visit.
Four of the seven (Tutto Apposto, Corrado’s, Joe & Pat’s and La Fontana) list an 11pm close on Friday and Saturday. The other three stop at 10pm.
What does chicken parmigiana cost on Staten Island?
As of October 2026, six of the seven show dinner prices somewhere on their sites. Tutto Apposto, Joe & Pat’s, Eat Italian and La Fontana put them in page text; Corrado’s and Don Roberto’s link PDFs. Oliveto’s dinner page showed no menu text when checked, so no Oliveto dinner price is quoted. Eat Italian, Corrado’s and Don Roberto’s print figures without a dollar sign. Chicken parmigiana entrées, lowest first:
- Joe & Pat’s: $24, with a choice of pasta, salad, a vegetable or mashed potatoes.
- Eat Italian: 26, with potato and vegetable.
- Corrado’s: 27, over penne.
- Tutto Apposto: $29.00, with vegetable and potato or a choice of pasta.
- Don Roberto’s: 30, with spaghetti.
Penne with vodka sauce runs from $18 at Joe & Pat’s to 21 at Eat Italian, $22.88 at Tutto Apposto and 26 at Corrado’s; Don Roberto’s lists spicy rigatoni vodka at 26 instead. The chicken parmigiana spread is 6 dollars (24 to 30) and the penne vodka spread is 8 dollars (18 to 26), with Joe & Pat’s lowest on both. Its home-page footer carries a 2017 copyright line, so treat its figures as a starting point. For the same dish priced in Manhattan and Coney Island, see chicken parm in NYC and who posts prices and the best Italian-American restaurants in NYC by price band.
Don Roberto’s dinner PDF, whose file name reads “summer26,” prints a second figure after each price, such as 30 (31.20cc). The menu never defines “cc,” but its party booklet says credit card payments carry a 4% non-cash adjustment, and 31.20 is exactly 4% above 30. La Fontana is left out of the ladder because its site carries two dinner-menu pages that disagree: chicken parmigiana is 26.95 on one and 24.95 on the other.
What are the Italian neighborhoods on Staten Island?
No official page read for this guide ranks Staten Island neighborhoods by Italian heritage, so this guide does not either. Tutto Apposto’s home page says Richmond Valley and its menu page says Tottenville. Corrado’s places itself “in the Great Kills area of Staten Island.” La Fontana says its family has served “Staten Island in Oakwood since 1983.” On the pages read, the other four sites give a street address and no neighborhood name.
Best for a Monday, a crowd or a weekday budget
- A Monday dinner: Joe & Pat’s, La Fontana or Oliveto, remembering that Oliveto closes Tuesday.
- A party of 60 or more: Tutto Apposto’s Main Room (85, described as seating), Corrado’s room (60-70) or La Fontana (up to 80), the last two without a seated or standing label.
- A cheaper weekday party: Eat Italian’s Menu A or Don Roberto’s weekday lunch.
Three questions the pages leave open: whether Corrado’s and La Fontana count seated or standing guests, whether Oliveto’s prices have moved since the party menu’s apparent 2023 print date, and whether Don Roberto’s 20-adult rule covers its $45 lunch. For an outer-borough strip sorted the same way, see Howard Beach Italian restaurants on Cross Bay Boulevard.
